Poppy...

{remember beautiful Poppy?} I have had the pleasure of photographing her several times, and now she is almost 3! What a gorgeous child, that's pretty much all I have to say.

I love this beautiful little baby, so angelic, and so beautiful with her porcelain skin, blue eyes and red hair! She just turned one, I love one year olds, my baby's 1st birthday is around the corner, so fun. Enjoy this beautiful face...

{This was the first shot of the day} Man, she is checking me out. Those tears soon followed and then the flood gates opened! Though it was high noon light, we spent a little time outside on my front porch to cheer this little one up. So glad we did because I love her outdoor shots, she is such a proud little new walker.  

baby baby girl...

This is my dear friend's baby...we've known each other since our first homes, our first babies. This little family had a long road to get this sweet baby here, she is a miracle.

handsome boys...

Aren't these boys the cutest brothers!? They were so much fun to have in my natural light studio. Eddie has to be the easiest 3 year old I have ever photographed, he was so easy to engage and was so expressive and darling. My goal is always to capture a child's true personality and natural expression. I don't do a lot of directing, I just try to let things happen naturally. When I wanted to photograph the boys together, Eddie grabbed his brothers hand and they held hands the whole time, so cute. Boys are the best...

this little sweetie is just days apart from my baby boy so it was extra fun to photograph him! They did so many similar things, developmental milestones really are amazing. What a doll, I love his cherubic face, blue eyes and oh those eyelashes!
